Smilco offers a comprehensive return and exchange policy covering:
- Incorrect order or item(s) sent.
- Received broken items or items of poor/defective quality.
- Smilco covers: Return and replacement postage fees.
π‘οΈ 15 Days Limited Coverage Return/Exchange Policy
Our limited coverage policy includes:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, personal taste, etc).
- Customer responsibility: Return and replacement postage fees. No shipping fees refund.
β Non-Covered Conditions
Our 15 days return policy does NOT cover:
- Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
π Defective Products & Returns Due to Our Error
In case of order errors or defective products, Smilco will:
- Send replacement parts or accessories.
- Replace the product or issue a refund.
- Cover all return shipping costs. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees apply.
π International Refunds
- Full merchandise cost and original shipping charges refunded for returns due to our error or defective product.
- Merchandise cost minus original shipping charge, insurance, clearance fee, and return shipping fees refunded if the return is not due to our error.
- Refunds processed at the purchase exchange rate, including any customs, tariffs, and taxes.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5 - 7 business days after receiving the package.
- Refund details emailed to the customer. Additional processing time may apply depending on the bank or credit card company.
π Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied:
- Returns and Free exchanges are available.
- Return unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged wigs in original packaging within 15 days.
- Before returning, email us for the shipping address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged or returned unless due to our error.

- Email info@smilco.live within 7 days of receipt for exchange requests. Late emails will not be considered.
- Include photos of the hair. Return instructions provided upon policy confirmation.
- One-time exchange without restocking fee for unused, unaltered items. Customers pay the return shipping fee.
- Free shipping for the exchanged item after receiving the returned package.
- Extra charges or credit for price differences between exchanged items.
- Customs fee may apply for non-compliance with return instructions.
π Rush Exchange
- Place a new order and receive a refund when the original item is returned.
- New hair prepared while waiting for the return. Shipped once completed.
- Refunds or store credit issued upon receiving the product in original condition.
